The first step is to get in touch with us with details of your property, location, and the work required. We’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home and discuss your options. You can also send us drawings and photographs with dimensions for an initial quote.
Once we have viewed your property and scoped the work, we will provide you with a quotation via email. Following this, we invite you to discuss the quote and answer any questions you may have. If you require any changes to the original quotation, we can revise it at this time.
Before the work begins, we’ll send you an invoice and request a 40% deposit.
Once the details have been agreed and approved, your order will go to our production team of skilled craftspeople in our Highgate workshop. You’re welcome to visit any time to check on the progression of your items.
Before your items are ready to install or dispatch, we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient installation and delivery date. During installation, our team will create as little disruption as possible and treat you and your property with the utmost care. Upon completion we’ll ensure everything is left clean and tidy.
We provide the highest quality products and service available. However, should you encounter an issue with one of our installations in the future, don’t worry, we will assess and rectify the problem.

As a FENSA registered company, installations are provided with a 10 year insurance backed warranty.
Materials and construction: 10 year warranty against distortion, decay or malfunction of all timber windows and doors, providing they are regularly maintained and thoroughly repainted every 5 years.
Glass and glazing: 5 year warranty against discoloration or unit failure.
We meet all our industry standards and are fully compliant with Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme (FENSA), which ensures installation comply with building regulations for England and Wales. This accreditation is not compulsory but shows that we take responsibility for our door and windows seriously. We’ll be around for a long time to come, but even if we are not, your guarantee will still stand.
A1 Bespoke Joinery ltd is a member of HIP and it means that your deposit & guarantee are insured. Say the worst happens…You pay a deposit and the company ceases trading before completing the work. Don’t worry – your money and any guarantee for the project are protected. You will be issued with a policy directly from HIP. All polices are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
